New collators have met the min bond and criteria to join the Turing collator set


Increase Collators Selected set from 24 to 25

Turing runtime upgrade to version 287 is now a referendum. For this release, we are:

Removing sudo - this means that Turing Network is fully decentralized and the launch phases have been completed
Enabling dynamically automating any extrinsic on the Turing chain (aka “Dynamic Dispatch”)
Releasing many other technical features in prep for non-native automation fees
